Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Personalised or custom-made orders
- Items returned after the 14-day window without prior agreement from our team
To start a return, please contact us at the email above with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days.
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
If your return is not approved, we will contact you to explain the reason and discuss next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of deliverywith:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team before making any claim. We will:
- Verify the shipping status with the carrier
- Investigate on your behalf
- Work with you to find the best solution — whether that is a replacement or a refund
We appreciate your patience as international shipping times may vary.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return process applies.
